• Coconut water: Coconut water helps an expecting mother get relief from constipation as well as the other problems associated with pregnancy, the most common being the infection of the urinary tract.
• Guava: The intake of guava regularly with a completely empty stomach can be of good help in controlling the problem of constipation during pregnancy.
